Simple Yoga Poses for Beginners

Yoga is a great way to relax your mind and strengthen your body. Here are simple yoga poses for beginners:
✅ 1. Child’s Pose
Sit back on your heels, stretch your arms forward, and relax your back.
✅ 2. Downward Dog
Start on your hands and knees, lift your hips up to form a triangle shape with your body.
✅ 3. Cobra Pose
Lie on your stomach, place your hands under your shoulders, and lift your chest up.
✅ 4. Cat-Cow Stretch
On hands and knees, arch your back up (cat), then down (cow). Repeat slowly.
✅ 5. Seated Forward Bend
Sit with legs straight, reach forward to touch your toes or as far as you can.
Do these poses daily to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and feel calm and happy.
